Our Returns PolicyGeneral Information
All returns of merchandise must be made within 10 working days of receipt. Refunds will be for purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. Customer assumes the responsibility for the cost of shipping an item back to us for refund or exchange. Sale and clearance items may only be returned for store credit or, if damaged or broken, may be exchanged if item is still in stock. Items sold "as-is" are not returnable.
Returns for Refund
Returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) will be accepted on any items found to be damaged or broken upon receipt by the customer. Customer must return the item within 10 working days and in the same box and original condition that it was shipped to receive a refund. Customer assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling charges.
Returns for Exchange
Items that are not damaged or broken may be returned for store credit only. Customer must return the item to us in its original condition within 10 working days to receive credit. Customer assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling charges.
